How I optimize my days work.

 I get up early in the morning, 6.30 am in the winter and 5.00 am in the sumertime, between april and october. I do some workout, squat, go running outdoor, but when it is cold, I don't running outdoor. After I draw all day with a short break at lunch time. If I’m in a rush I take a break every thirty minutes , I do the pomodo method, because I work all the time and finish my day late.
But is the theory. In practice, although I do my best, it’s difficult to have discipline . Fortunately, I love drawing, so, If one day I'm very tired, sick or something, I try to draw five minutes, and the work must go on fot the entiere day.
But that was a long time ago, after a difficult break up, that was very complicated for me to draw. Now, I want that a storie like this never still happened. 
So, I return to work. :)
