How I optimize my days work.

 I get up early in the morning, 6.30 am in the winter and 5.00 am in the sumertime, between april and october. I do some workout, squat, go running outdoor, but when it is cold, I don't running outdoor. After I draw all day with a short break at lunch time .  If I’m in a rush I take a break every thirty minutes  , I do the pomodo method,  because I work all the time and finish my day late . But is the theory.  In practice, although I do my best, it’s difficult to have discipline  . Fortunately, I love drawing, so, If one day I'm very tired, sick or something, I try to draw five minutes, and the work must go on fot the entiere day. But that was a long time ago, after a difficult break up, that was very complicated for me to draw. Now, I want that a storie like this never still happened.  So, I return to work. :)

Streetfood.

 It is a long time ago, I went in Burundi. Sometimes at the evening, the people like to eat some food outdoor. I did that often, with my cousins. And one time, we eated meat skewers. Chiken, meat skewers, chily peppers, bananas, it is usual streetfood I eated with my family and friends in Bujumbura. The meat skewers is affordable but greasy, so is a little bit difficult to eat without get dirty his hands. Fortunaly, one or two is enaf because it's filling. And you can add bread, rice, bananas or sweet potatoes if you want. There was all this things on our messy tables. Maybe the quality is not the same that a restaurant, maybe is not realy wholesome food or vegan, but It was holiday, and I was young. But suddenly, after I eated a piece of meat, my mouth started to burning, there was to much chili peppers on my meat skewer. So, quickly I drunk a glas of water, but nothing changed. One cousin take a piece of bread and give me them. I eat the bread and my mouth came better. Since this...
